One man and his dog looking for flat/room

Sadly my long term flat landlord has to sell up before the stamp duty increase, so I and my 3 year old fluffy corgi are looking for a one bed flat or room share in a pet friendly flat in East London.
I'm a wedding photographer, so often out at weekends. Play hockey, enjoy a good pub (Pesto, my dog is an excellent pub dog).
I will be upfront and honest - though generally a snoozy pup, Pesto does get very excited when people come into the flat, so he will bark a bit when the door bell goes, so if this is a dealbreaker for you, I totally understand.
