Registration (Rights, Obligations, claims):

Registration is not mandatory in order to browse some sections of the platform, but you may not be able to access all of the features of the platform without registration

Registration is mandatory in order to create and post any ads. Therefore, visit our website homepage to register and submit the information required. You’ll need to provide a valid email address and a password. A request for additional information may also be required to be submitted as part of the registration process.

You agree that we may suspend access to the CRIBO Platform temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance, or repair. We shall not be liable to you in any way for such suspended access

After registering, you accept that your interactions with other members of the CRIBO Platform and our personnel, whether via message, email, or over the telephone, will at all times remain respectful and courteous

You agree that any tenancy, license, or lodger arrangements entered into in respect of any room you rent out will be in compliance with all laws and regulations

We facilitate the alternative option of creating an account with us that is linked to your Facebook profile. You will only need to enter your Facebook login details

You are allowed to open only one account in our platform. The minimum age requirement is at least 18 years old to register. Multiple live accounts are not permitted

You will be responsible and liable for any actions of any person logging into the platform using your username and password. Please reach out to us in case anyone has accessed your account without your permission

We hold the right to closely watch all the advertisements, public postings and messages to ensure that all follows as per the guidelines and subject to change from time to time.

You shall not use the service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behavior, including but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures, or recordings that contain defamatory statements, obscene language, or offensive language.

You shall not post messages, pictures, or recordings or use the service in any way that is fraudulent, otherwise unlawful, or violates any law.

In the event that any material or content distributed by the company constitutes copyright infringement, please provide us with the following information:

TERMINATION

The company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to any of the services, without notice, for any reason or no reason.
