I currently live in Canada Water and love this part of London, so I’m looking for a place nearby . I’m open to:
- A 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat to share with another female flatmate.
- An en-suite room in a shared flat (max 3 people sharing the kitchen).

I’m happy to consider areas like Canada Water, Surrey Quays, Royal wharf, Woolwich or Canning Town. My budget is up to £1,200 per month (excluding bills), and I’d like to move around the end of February 2025. I work near Old Street, so I’m looking for a home with an easy commute (via bus or tube).
