I am a 39-year-old professional female looking for a room, preferably en-suite, in a peaceful and clean house, up to Zone 3.
The most important factors for me are that the area is safe and well connected to Central London (Marble Arch).
I am planning to move in April, although I can be flexible with the dates.
I am a non-smoker and I am looking for a smoke-free property. I am also not used to living with pets despite I like them, so I would prefer a pet-free home.
