Requirements: The property should be furnished, with two good-sized bedrooms including study desks, storage, and wardrobes. A fully fitted kitchen and a modern bathroom are essential. We would also love a home with a balcony, garden, and parking included, as these features make long-term living much more comfortable.
We’re tidy, respectful, and reliable tenants. We keep a clean space, value quiet time for study, and are looking for a safe, comfortable property where we can focus on our academic work while enjoying the local community.
